What equipment does Warp support / fix?

Warp Systems provides hardware and software support services for products from a number of companies. These include Pidion / Bluebird, Gen2Wave, M3, Janam and Woosim.

How do I get something repaired by Warp?

Obtaining service for your device is a straight forward, 5 step process:

1. When you have a problem with a device:
       • Fill out a service request at: (click here)

2. Warp will send a service authorisation (RMA) number to you within 4 business hours.
       • We reply to your nominated email address – please double check your details.

3. You need to complete a repair form with your details and other information relating to the device problem.

4. You send the faulty device to Warp
       • Please include the completed repair form with the device
       • Please ensure the device is properly packed. You are responsible for ensuring the device gets to us safely and without further damage.
       • The RMA number must be on the outside of the carton or shipment may be rejected!

5. We will take action on device and return it to you.

Please note that the repair action and duration will depend upon service entitlement and payment if necessary.
