Standard Maintenance provides improved cover for your device to include normal wear and tear such as repair of damaged cases, antennae and other parts not covered by standard warranty. This maintenance also halves the repair time for your device by offering a 5 business day turn around for repairs.
This service offering covers your Janam for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Nb: This cover does not include the replacement of damaged screens, touch panels or consumables such as batteries, cables and printer heads and rollers.

Service Options
Warp Systems offers several cost effective Maintenance options that protect you and your business with improved service cover for your Janam device. Maintenance covers the gaps Warranty support leaves exposed. Accidental damage to screens and cases are the commonest faults seen with handheld devices but these are NOT covered by Warranty. Repairs for such faults can be expensive and are disruptive to business and cash flow. With Maintenance You can get timely, cost effective cover for accidental and environmental damage including broken screens or cases. Maintenance allows you to plan your expenses and relieves the stress caused when accidents occur. Cover periods are either 1 or 3 years giving you real choice.

1 - Turnaround time is from receipt of unit back at Warp Systems and does not include time in transit. Freight charges for units being returned to Warp Systems are at YOUR expense. Warp Systems will return the units to the location specified by the contract holder. See Appendix 1 Warp Responsibilities for further details. |
